phplus Terms & Conditions

Welcome to phplus. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phplus ("phplus," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phplus online gaming platform available at phplus.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By creating a phplus account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the phplus platform.

phplus is operated for the entertainment of eligible Filipino players and is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. These Terms are designed to protect both you as a player and the integrity of the phplus platform.

To register and maintain a phplus account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by PAGCOR. phplus strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold phplus accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phplus, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register, at the time of registration or at any point during your use of phplus.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing phplus from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

phplus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phplus may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) phplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your phplus account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phplus is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplus login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phplus account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and phplus will not be liable for any resulting losses.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your phplus account and do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your phplus account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phplus support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phplus reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where phplus has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met or are no longer being met.

phplus supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phplus does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount via GCash and PayMaya is ₱100.
• Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to the minimum transfer amounts set by the respective bank.
• Deposits are credited to your phplus account balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• phplus reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, phplus will require completion of identity verification (KYC) in accordance with Section 2.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• phplus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

phplus offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and bingo may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your phplus account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: phplus reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: phplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where required by law or regulation.

Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may opt out by contacting phplus support via live chat before making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it cannot be removed without forfeiting the associated bonus funds.

All games available on the phplus platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on phplus, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

phplus is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The random number generators (RNGs) used in phplus slot and table games are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

• All bets placed on phplus are final once confirmed. phplus does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, phplus will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to your account balance.
• phplus reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on phplus. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type and player account status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phplus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point during your use of phplus.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one phplus account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the phplus platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfiguration in the phplus platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the phplus platform for any money laundering activity or any other financial crime. phplus complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to phplus transactions. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phplus staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

phplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment – never a source of financial stress or personal hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phplus account holders at no cost, accessible directly from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your phplus account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play, helping you stay aware of how long you have been gaming.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net gaming activity at intervals you choose.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phplus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phplus content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phplus content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phplus software or technology.
• Use any phplus trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written consent.

Any unauthorized use of phplus intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. phplus reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phplus platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the phplus platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the phplus service for any reason.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

phplus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phplus platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phplus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phplus.app/privacy-policy. By using phplus, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phplus implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the phplus platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. phplus may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the phplus service.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by phplus, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact the phplus support team via live chat or email.

You may close your phplus account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

phplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, phplus reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phplus may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phplus, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. phplus is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. You may submit a formal complaint via live chat or by emailing the phplus support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with phplus, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phplus will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the phplus platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the phplus platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using phplus and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
